Your Menopause Journey Matters — And I am Here to Help...

I am Dr Ewa Craven, a very experienced community GP with considerable expertise in women’s health. In 2023 I was appointed the Clinical Lead for Women’s Health for Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB and since 2022 a British Menopause Society (BMS) accredited Menopause Specialist and Menopause Trainer.

I am passionate about providing personalised care and empowering women to take control of their own health.

I believe in the power of lifestyle changes, mindfulness and nutrition to support wellbeing, alongside regularly reviewed medication. I regularly speak about women’s health through local media and community events. My own wellbeing depends on walking, cycling, yoga, paddle boarding and skiing with my family in beautiful landscapes.

An empowered woman is not defined by the absence of symptoms or discomforts—she is one who understands her body, honours its signals, and lives in tune with her well-being.

Dr. Leila Monroe, Women's Health Advocate & Gynaecologist.

exceeded my expectations. I was seen as a whole person instead 1 problem at a time. I had enough time to talk about my symptoms, so a full clinical picture could be seen, and we could get to the bottom of multiple problems that I had.

Appreciate her input in my health and I will be booking a follow up with the same person.

come up who aren’t local and are based in Manchester or London and I wanted someone local.

Dr Ewa was fantastic, she listened, she explained everything fully and changed my HRT which has turned out to be life changing for me. She understands women and the challenges we face as we embark perimenopause/menopause.

I found the service very good value for money and I will 100% be booking my follow up.

THANK YOU DR EWA! 😊
